This room is spacious (11×15) and decorated stylishly. It’s in a large quiet homey home with a full-size kitchen, dining, sunroom, and deck perfect for healthcare and business travelers. It boasts a queen bed, standing mirror, large closet space, dresser, and working desk.
The space
Your room as well as the home is spacious. It’s furnished with modern functional pieces. Each room has a desk and chair, standing mirror, queen bed, and more than enough closet space for your stay. The owner does not live at the house. You will share with other guests. The home is mostly occupied by travel healthcare providers so it tends to be empty and quiet.
Guest access
All of the house and yard except the lower level of the home. It’s a separate unit.
Other things to note
You will share the bathroom with only one other guest.
You will not share your vanity/mirror so you can set up your sink area
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. No gatherings, parties , smoking in and around the property. No pets.
2. No additional guests, no exceptions.
3. Just clean up after yourself no need to do laundry or vacuum
