Smoking in or around the property will incur $250 charge plus the cost of remediation and lost revenue so please do not smoke.
2. Since it's a shared space, please clean up after yourself promptly especially in the bathroom/toilet, make sure no hair is left behind and toilet is wiped clean in case of anything unexpected.
NO overnight dishes in the sink and drain
3. Winter - driveway will be plowed after a 3" snow storm.
Salt and shovels provided to clean the small patio area and stairs/walkway.

A great location with easy access to Beau Vallon and the rest of Cancun area is a great place to relax or as a launchpad for touring the island.
