About this place
The room is in a quiet and clean home. There is a full bed with storage underneath, as well as an office desk and chair. There is also a wardrobe to hang your clothes as well as a laundry basket.
The space
The home is a 3 bedroom home with 2 of the bedrooms (including yours) upstairs. The 3rd bedroom is on the main floor of the house where you will find an open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining area with a full bath.
You will love that it tends to be clean and quiet. I usually house travel healthcare workers who stay for about 3-6 months depending on their contracts. They work a lot, they sleep the rest of the time, sometimes during the day so the place tends to be quiet.
Guest access
You can expect to access the whole unit except from the garage and lower-level unit.
During your stay: I am available through the app/phone for any assistance during your stay.
bookings less than 28 days
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 days before check-in otherwise no refund will be given
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. If you have additional guests prior to booking, please check in with me for approval, no exceptions. No additional guests during your stay. No gatherings or parties.
2. No Smoking in or outside of the property. If suspected, you will be removed per Airbnb policy. You will also be charged $500 plus the cost of remediation and any lost revenue from lost bookings. Airbnb will also end your stay without notice or refund. So please do not book if you smoke.
3. No pets at all
