About this place
Spacious, quiet serene space.
Space is shared with healthcare workers who stay for 3-6 months, they are always working so the house is empty for the most part and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet as well. Some of my neighbors’ homes are in rough shape but the neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
The space
The room is part of a 3 bd apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of the building. The apartment itself has bedrooms on the 2 levels. This room is the largest with a queen bed and is on the upper level of the apartment. The lower level of the apartment has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with an open floor plan.
Guest access
You will be able to access the whole apartment except from other guest’s bedrooms and the garages outdoor.
During your stay
I’m available by text messages through the app – easier to respond. You are welcome to call as needed as well
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. no pets, smoking, gatherings, or parties
2. Since it's a shared space, please clean up after yourself promptly.
3. All small kitchen appliances are house, welcome to use
4. Winter - driveway will be plowed, there is salt and shovels provided to clean the small patio area and stairs/walkway.
