This is a 2nd-floor apartment in a 2-family home. The downstairs apartment is occupied by a wonderful long-term tenant. Your rental unit itself is 2 stories, with 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. The third and smallest bedroom is on the lower level where the living room, kitchen, and dining room are. There is a full-size kitchen that is fully equipped with the comforts of home – full-size appliances as well as small appliances. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

2. No Smoking in or outside of the property. If suspected, you will be removed per Airbnb policy. You will also be charged $500 plus the cost of remediation and any lost revenue from lost bookings. Airbnb will also end your stay without notice or refund. So please do not book if you smoke.

A piscina é maravilhosa. O anfitrião também muito simpático. Vários mercados e restaurantes por perto. Wi-Fi muito bom.
