About this place
This is a master bedroom with a private bath in a spacious, quiet, serene home with a forest in the back.
The home is shared with other traveling professionals. They are always working, and so the home is empty/empty most of the time. There is so much room that you will not bump into others. You can have your morning coffee in the sunroom and your dinner on the outdoor patio area. Long-term stays are welcome & preferred

You have access to the whole house and the grounds. Only exceptions are the basement/lower level (rented as a separate unit) and garage.

Other things to note
No smoking, pets, or additional guests allowed
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. no gatherings or parties
2. Smoking of any kind (cigarette, weed, vaping etc) is not allowed at all in or around the property. There will be a $300 fee charged for smoking if noted or suspected, PLUS the cost for remediation and revenue lost on future bookings while remediation is happening. Your stay will also end without notice and refund per Airbnb policy.
3. No pets.
4. No additional guests, no exceptions.
