Quiet oasis, surrounded by trees but near the highway, major shopping malls/stores like whole foods and attractions. Beautifully furnished, with lots of room to spread out. The main level has a large living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 large bedrooms with a full bath (with bathtub) and the master has a small master bathroom with a standing shower. There is a washer/dryer in the home. There is also a sunroom, deck, and a large yard to enjoy.
The space
The home is a large split level home with a sunroom and a deck. It is surrounded with trees which creates a peaceful/restful oasis. The main level has a large living room, dining room, kitchen with all that you need to make meals, coffee etc. There are 3 large bedrooms with a full bath (with bathtub) and the master has a small master bathroom with a standing shower. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There is also a sunroom, deck, and a large yard to enjoy. All the areas are newly and beautifully furnished.
There is a finished lower level that is not accessible, it has a one bedroom apartment that maybe occupied by a travel professional.
Guest access
No access to the lower level and garage.
Other things to note
There is ample parking in the driveway. No street parking in this neighborhood.
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Smoking of any kind (cigarette, weed, vaping etc) is not allowed at all in or around the property. There will be a $250 fee charged for smoking if noted or suspected, PLUS the cost for remediation and revenue lost on future bookings while remediation is happening. Your stay will also end without notice and refund.
Absolutely no pets allowed in or about the property.
No events, gatherings or parties of any kind are allowed. If noticed, they will be stopped and your stay will end without notice and without a refund
Quiet hours is 10 pm per town ordinance
This is a very quiet part of town so please be mindful of this especially when on the porch/deck and driveway at any time of the day. We would like to continue to be good Airbnb neighbors.
The home is on SEPTIC. Please only use and flush down the Toilet paper provided. No wipes even septic approved/sanitary products or any other products. Please use the trash receptacles provided throughout the home. There is plenty of trash can liners if needed for the trash cans if you need to dispose of wipes etc. SEPTIC backups are not FUN :(
No burning real candles or any other fires we don't want to burn the home down :(
Keep/eat food in the dining room/kitchen counter, especially drippy foods. Avoid living room/sunroom and bedrooms. Please use coasters for resting drinks - plenty provided in dining room/sunroom/living room.
Shoes are best left at the foyer - there's plenty of space. Floors are sanitized after each guest. It helps keep rugs/home clean and sanitary for all.
Please be sure to keep windows/doors closed especially when it rains and when you check out. Also, please be sure to shut off all the thermostats when you leave except KITCHEN and BATHROOMS leave these at 50 degrees F
Only guest noted at booking will be allowed. If your guest count changes, please notify me ASAP.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway. Garage is not accessible.
