The space
The home is on a dead-end street that’s off another dead-end street so no traffic. It’s also near major highways – 290, and 70 but there’s no noise as well as near major hospitals and businesses, downtown Worcester, Polar Park, and major stores to name just a few. Ubers are easily accessible if you do not want to bring your car.
This 4-bedroom home is spacious, furnished tastefully, and offers peace and tranquility.
There is a comfortable workstation in each room as well as fast internet.
Guest access
You will be able to access the whole house. There’s no access to the barn and garage in the back of the house. It’s OK to park in front of them.
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. Absolutely no pets
2. No Smoking of any kind (cigarette, weed, vaping etc) is not allowed at all in or around the property. There will be a $500 fee charged for smoking if noted or suspected, PLUS the cost for remediation and revenue lost on future bookings while remediation is happening. Your stay will also end without notice and refund.
3. No additional guests allowed
4. No parties or gatherings of any sort
