About this space
This is a spacious, stylish, clean, newly renovated, private one-bedroom unit on the lower level of a quiet, home. The home is surrounded by mature trees in a very quiet neighborhood.
You will NOT share any space with the rest of the home. Guest-only occupied home. The upper level is occupied by travel healthcare workers who work most of the time so it tends to be very quiet.
Parking in the driveway, own washer/dryer, bathroom, etc.
The space
The living room area is open to the kitchen.
The bathroom has a standing shower and washer/dryer.
The bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, closet, and standing mirror.
Guest access
You will only have access to the lower level which is separate from the rest of the home.
Other things to note
Entrance through the main door on the upper level. The home is a split-level home so there are about 5 steps that lead to the lower level. The levels are separated by a door that locks for privacy.
- Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Long-term stay policy (Applies to stays 28 nights or longer)
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
1. No additional guests, no exceptions please.
2. No smoking, no pets, no gathering, no parties.
3. No need to vacuum or do laundry, only clean up after yourself.
